Read the label not berry fruit

I am sure it has a health benefit, however, it is not a berry.

It tasted almost exactly like the Monk Fruit Extract I bought at Bulk Supplements (If there was not a label, I don't know if I could figure out which is which). What I was pleasantly surprised by is that it was not sour but rather sweet. I am using it to reduce plaque on teeth and not ingesting it (the label has a warning about lead).

Tastes good, not bitter at all.

I take this to control my blood sugar and LDL. I'm not making any medical claims but this supplement has kept me from having to take prescription medications to lower my blood sugar and LDL. I take it as instructed on the bag and I have no side effects. I add it to my morning oatmeal and again to my green drink in the afternoon. It has a light nutty flavor and not bitter at all. I will buy this again and again.
